Below is a copy of the notification you would have received via email prior to your account move. If you are not sure about your status (if you are on the new system and try to log in via the old link it will not allow you to log on and vice versa):
"This is a notice to inform you that your account will be moving to the new exchange servers this week. Although no changes should be experienced by you in your use of your local client email on your computer, behind the scenes you will be moved over to the new exchange server which has increased features and performance. The system has been tested with mobile email devices and in the case of a loss of connection please make sure mobile devices are pointing to the exchangemail.richmond.edu server. Mac users should also point to exchangemail.richmond.edu for the server in their preferences for Mac Mail and connect via ssl. Entourage will have to be restarted but should be able to reference the old mailbox location and see the new location without making any changes. If you want to use webmail after being moved you will need to use this url: https://exchangemail.richmond.edu/owa. (urmail for webmail will not work once you are on the new system).
The actual move of your mailbox will happen between the hours of 12am – 4am during the week.The physical move of your mailbox is no different than if you were moved from one exchange server to another in our current exchange server group. The main difference you will notice is the look and feel of Outlook Web Access (OWA) which will be similar to the Outlook 2007 interface."
