Obtaining an Identification

To obtain a University of Richmond Identification you must be classified as one of the following: a full time undergraduate student, part time degree or certificate seeking SCS student, graduate student, faculty, staff member, spouse or dependent between 12 and 23 years old of an employee or a trustee.

To receive your One-Card, stop by the One-Card Services office located in room 330 of the Tyler Haynes Commons Building. It only takes about 5 minutes to receive your One-Card ID and began enjoying its convenience.

Faculty and Staff members should obtain an University of Richmond ID number from Human Resources prior to coming to the One Card Services office with their family members.

First-Year students who meet one or more of the above qualifications will have their pictures taken and receive their One-Card during First-Year Student Orientation.
