Faculty/Staff

- Participants must complete a School
of Continuing Studies non-credit registration form which can be
printed here
faculty/staff form and
returned to SCS. The form is available in the SCS or at
Recreation and Wellness.
- Full time faculty and staff who
are eligible for tuition remission benefits must complete a non-credit
tuition remission request form and submit the signed form
with the registration form. This form is available at
Human Resources. Eligible faculty and staff are entitled
to five non-credit courses per calendar year, 5 for their spouse
and 5 for each eligible dependent.
- Both forms must be completed
and sent to the School of Continuing Studies in order to be
registered for a class. Recreation and Wellness will send
confirmation once registration is approved.

- Participants must complete a
School of Continuing Studies non-credit registration form http://oncampus.richmond.edu/academics/scs/thinkagain/
and
return with payment to SCS. The form is available in the
SCS or at Recreation and Wellness.
- Recreation and Wellness will send
confirmation letters once registration is complete.

- Once registration
forms are processed and the class has met the minimum number for
viability, Recreation and Wellness will send a confirmation
letter with pertinent class information, parking passes and
temporary ID Cards (if necessary).
Cancellation
and Refund Policy return

The Office of Community and Professional Education reserves the
right to cancel any class or make any other changes it deems
necessary. Course fees will be refunded in full when the Office of
Community and Professional Education cancels a course.
A participant who wishes a refund
must make a request in writing at least eight days prior to the
first class meeting. A 50% processing fee will be deducted from the
refund.
Refunds will not be issued one week
(seven days) before the class start-up date or after the first class
meeting. Please contact the school if you have any questions about a
particular course or its content.
The Office of Community and
Professional Education reserves the right to remove any student who
is disruptive in a class.
