Faculty Curriculum Survey
We are requesting the following information so that
we will have data on the amount and type of exposure your students
have had to alcohol content in the infused class you are teaching.
Please read all the items before responding to any of
them.
For the following items (1-4) please approximate the
time (hours/minutes) that
1. you spent in direct instruction (lectures or
any other instruction that you specifically planned and controlled)
that was focused on alcohol content.
2. the class spent discussing content related to
alcohol.
3. You "expected" that each student in your class
would spend reading information about alcohol.
4. each student in your class spent on assignments
(individual and group projects, presentations and other assigned
activities that focused on alcohol.
5. If none of the above are appropriate for your infused
course or if they do not cover all of the activities in your
course, please identify what activities your students participated
in and approximate times they spent in these activities.
6. Briefly describe the focus of the alcohol content that
was included in the infused course that you taught.
7. What were the starting and ending dates for the inclusion
of the alcohol content in your course?
