Research and Information Skills

Encouraging Student Inquiry: The Role of Library Research and Information Skills is a resource page for faculty that has been developed by both librarians and faculty. This site contains information on basic research and information skills competencies, suggestions for designing effective library research assignments, and examples of research-intensive assignments from University of Richmond faculty.

Preventing and Detecting Plagiarism

The Librarians have created "A Guide for Faculty" on issues dealing with plagiarism.

Books

PETE maintains a library of books on various aspects of teaching and learning that are available for use by faculty. Rather than limit their circulation, we have made these books a part of the Library's collection, so they are available by searching the Library catalog
