Molly Dean Bittner Named Assistant Vice President for Advancement at University of Richmond

Molly Dean Bittner has been named assistant vice president for advancement at University of Richmond.

Bittner’s new duties include supervising advancement services, which includes alumni and gift records, prospect research, stewardship and special events.  Previously, she has been responsible for managing major and principal gifts, advancement services, donor events and donor stewardship.  Bittner has worked extensively on development projects serving the university’s Robins School of Business and with alumni and parents in Richmond and New York City.

Prior to joining Richmond in 1992 as director of the annual fund, Bittner worked for her alma mater, Dickinson College, and the Berkshire School.
