Karl Rhodes Named Editor of University of Richmond's Alumni Magazine

Karl Rhodes has joined the University of Richmond as editor of Richmond Alumni Magazine.

Before coming to the university, Rhodes worked as a freelance writer and editor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Virginia Business magazine and various University of Richmond publications. Prior to beginning his freelance work in 2002, Rhodes worked as manager of external communications for Media General, the parent company of the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Before that, he was executive editor of Virginia Business, another Media General publication.

Rhodes has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
