Family gathering

President Edward Ayers (l.) greeted students and their families at a breakfast in the Modlin Center during Family Weekend Sept. 28–30. More than 2,700 people participated in more than 50 events, including a golf outing, music department concert, a cappella concert, seminars, Wilton Center open house and a welcome address by Ayers in the Robins Center that also was webcast live.
