Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer spoke about global issues and the rule of law at a conference April 11–14 sponsored by the School of Law in commemoration of the first permanent English settlement at Jamestown 400 years ago.
Participants included the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales and several other prominent English and American jurists.
