University of Richmond Chaplaincy to Hold Annual Community Christmas Eve "Bells" Service

University of Richmond’s Office of the Chaplaincy will hold its annual community Christmas Eve Service Dec. 24, 5 p.m., at Cannon Memorial Chapel. Anyone living in or visiting the area is invited, and families with children are especially welcome.

At the close of the service, worshipers once again will ring small Christmas bells during the singing of “Joy to the World.” Those attending will be invited to keep the bells, inscribed with the year 2005, as a gift.
