Robins School of Business Faculty Appointments and Promotions

University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business has appointed four new members of its faculty:
- Gabriel Asaftei, assistant professor of economics. Before coming to Richmond, Asaftei earned his PhD in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
- Charles E. Bamford, associate professor of management systems. Bamford most recently taught at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.
- Jeffrey S. Harrison, professor of management systems and the W. David Robbins Chair in Strategic Management. Harrison joined the Robins School from Cornell University.
- Gigi Kelly, visiting associate professor of management systems. She was most recently served on the faculty of The College of William and Mary.
University of Richmond’s Robin’s School of Business announces the following faculty promotions:
- Thomas J. Cossé, professor of marketing and international business studies, has been named associate dean of international business programs. Cossé has also been appointed to the CSX Chair in Management and Accounting.
- Dafna Eylon, associate professor of management systems and psychology, has been named to the F. Carlyle Tiller Chair in Business.
- Marshall A. Grieger, professor of accounting, has been appointed to the Joseph A. Jennings Chair in Business.
- Richard S. Coughlan has been promoted to associate professor of management systems and named associate dean for graduate and executive business programs.
