PROGRAM INFORMATION:
This first of three classical concerts in the Modlin Summer Music
Series features flutist Eugenia Zukerman and harpsichordist Joanne
Kong. The program of chamber music for flute and strings includes
Pleyel's "Flute Quintet, Opus 18, No. 2"; Chinese folk
songs arranged by Yiwen Jiang; Dvorak's "String Quartet Opus
96 'American'"; "Folk Suite No. 1," by William Grant
Still; and Bach's "Orchestral Suite No. 2."
