Genworth Financial CEO Michael Fraizer to Speak on Savings and Protection Crises at University of Richmond

Michael D. Fraizer, chairman, president and CEO of Genworth Financial, will speak on “A Nation at Risk: Our Growing Savings and Protection Crises” on April 4 at the University of Richmond.

Fraizer will deliver the Robins School of Business’ annual Stanley S. Watts Lecture, established 1974 in honor of the 1943 Richmond alumnus who later became president of The Million Dollar Round Table, the insurance industry’s most distinguished international organization. The program begins at 4 p.m. in Camp Concert Hall.

The Watts lecture brings a variety of leaders from business and government to the university to speak about the financial services industry. Previous guest lecturers include Jeffrey Lacker, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore, and Bill Johnston, president of the New York Stock Exchange.
