Marketing Professor at University of Richmond is Named to Fulbright Distinguished Chair in International Business
March 15, 2005
Dana Lascu, associate professor and chair of marketing in the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business, has been named to the 2005-06 Fulbright Distinguished Chair in International Business, one of the most prestigious awards in the Fulbright Scholar program.
Only 37 people this year were appointed to a Fulbright Distinguished Chair in all disciplines. While the university has produced numerous Fulbright Scholars, Lascu is believed to be the first University of Richmond faculty member to be awarded a Fulbright Distinguished Chair.
The award will allow Lascu to spend spring 2006 on the faculty of Johannes Kepler University of Linz in Austria.
