LATIN AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM SCHOLAR TO SPEAK AT THE UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND

Carlos Rosenkrantz, a leader in the Latin American constitutional reform movement, will speak at the University of Richmond on March 27. Admission is free and open to the public.
Rosenkrantz was special legal adviser to former President Alfonsin of Argentina. He also was chief adviser to the Argentine Constitutional Convention. His talk on "Legal Developments in Latin America" begins at 4:30 in the Moot Court Room at the law school. Rosenkrantz serves on the faculty at the University of Buenos Aires and is Haynes Visiting Professor of Law at Richmond this year.
