University of Richmond Chef Certified by ACF

Brian M. Daigneault, catering chef at the University of Richmond, has been certified by the American Culinary Federation as an executive chef. He joins the ranks of culinary professionals who are recognized by ACF on the basis of their educational expertise and professional work experience.
He met the standards by demonstrating education in the areas of sanitation, nutrition and personnel supervision, passing a written test and documenting a history of employment experience equal to the level of certification granted.
Certification by the American Culinary Federation is recognized and respected throughout the food service industry.
