PROGRAM INFORMATION:
This unique "tragi-comedy" by Nobel Prize winner Samuel
Beckett uses poetry, humor, pathos and tragedy to tell the story
of two tramps waiting for a long-standing appointment with the enigmatic
Mr. Godot, whom they hope can answer their questions about existence
and tell them why they should continue with their seemingly meaningless
lives. The play is directed by the university's Equity guest artist
Jim Hillgartner and will be performed in the Modlin Center's black
box theatre.
