NATO Official to Speak Twice Feb. 25 at University of Richmond

Michael Ruehle, head of the policy planning and speech writing section of the political affairs division of NATO in Brussels, will speak twice at the University of Richmond on Feb. 25. His topic will be "The United States, Germany ('Old Europe') and NATO."

Ruehle will speak at 8 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Both talks will be in the Heilman Dining Center - the first in the main dining area (left side) and the second, which includes lunch, in the Richmond Room.

Breakfast is available through the line for $3.75 and the luncheon talk is $10 for members of the American Council on Germany and $15 for non-members. Both talks are open to the public.
