Weisenberger holds a B.S in packaging technology as well as MBA and Ph.D. degrees from Michigan State. He teaches consumer behavior, sales management and marketing management. His research interests include human organ donation and transplantation, cross-cultural marketing and consumer behavior. Recipient of several "best paper" awards, he has written articles on organ donation for the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Nonprofit & Public Sector Marketing, and on Mexico and U.S. country-of-origin/country-of-manufacture stereotyping effects for Contemporary Developments in Marketing. Weisenberger has studied in Japan and taught in Poland and Ireland.
