Jeffrey Geiger is an attorney with Sands, Anderson, Marks & Miller in Richmond, Va., and teaches cyberlaw and intellectual property courses at the University of Richmond. He holds A.B. and J.D. degrees from the College of William and Mary, where he was managing editor of the William and Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review. He is chair of the professionalism committee of the Young Lawyers Conference of the Virginia State Bar and serves on the steering committee of the professional liability litigation committee of the Defense Research Institute.
