Jessica Erickson teaches Corporations and Contracts at University of Richmond School of Law. Her research focuses on issues relating to corporate governance and securities regulation. Prior to joining the faculty in 2007, Erickson was an attorney at Hunton & Williams, where her practice included securities class actions, derivative suits, internal investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Erickson graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College in 1998 and received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2002, where she graduated magna cum laude.
