Bisese is vice president for student development and former dean of Richmond College, the residential college for undergraduate men in the university's schools of arts and sciences, business and leadership. He holds B.B.A., Ed.S. and Ed.D. degrees from the College of William and Mary and a master's degree in college student personnel from the University of Tennessee. He served as vice president for student life and dean of students for Georgetown College (Georgetown, Ky.) before becoming dean at Richmond in 2002 and vice president for student development in 2006.
