Kristin Woods Named Executive Director of Alumni Relations at University of Richmond

Kristin J. Woods has been named executive director of alumni relations at the University of Richmond.

Woods joins Richmond from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa., where she has been associate director of alumni, parents and volunteer programs since 1997.

Previously, she was assistant director of alumnae programs at Hood College in Frederick, Md., where she earned a B.A. in sociology and political science and a master's degree candidate in human sciences. She is a member of numerous national non-profit professional organizations and has been honored for organizing and motivating volunteers at Bucknell.

Woods will begin work at Richmond in early September.
