SUBJECT: Relinquishment of Athletic Related Grant-In-Aid

To Whom It May Concern:

I, the undersigned, do hereby voluntarily relinquish my athletic related grant-in-aid because I do not want to continue my participation in intercollegiate athletics at the University of Richmond. I am giving up my athletic related grant-in-aid for personal reasons and of my own free will. I understand that my request will terminate my aid at the end of the ____________ Semester. If I wish to reconsider my decision it must be done within two calendar days from my signing below by contacting Julie Hutchins, Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance.
