ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The job responsibilities of the Athletic Development Administrative
Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the focal point for athletic development operations,
including the Spider Club(SC) and Corporate Partners.
- Update and monitor donor lists, review gift reports, and
distribute benefits
- Coordinate mailings to SC members, including solicitations,
social events, and board meetings
- Serve as secretary to the Spider Club Board of Directors
- Assist with social events including, but not limited to,
pre-game and half-time gatherings, golf tournaments, and banquets
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Associate Director
of Athletics for Development
