ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The job responsibilities of the Athletic Development Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  1. Serve as the focal point for athletic development operations, including the Spider Club(SC) and Corporate Partners.
  2. Update and monitor donor lists, review gift reports, and distribute benefits
  3. Coordinate mailings to SC members, including solicitations, social events, and board meetings
  4. Serve as secretary to the Spider Club Board of Directors
  5. Assist with social events including, but not limited to, pre-game and half-time gatherings, golf tournaments, and banquets
  6. Execute other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics for Development
