ASSISTANT SPORTS
INFORMATION DIRECTOR
The Assistant Sports Information Director is
involved in all aspects of sports information operations with
emphasis on Olympic sports.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary media and operations contact for women's
basketball and soccer;
- Provide writing and editing assistance for all University
athletic publications;
- Provide operational assistance for designated contests and
functions;
- Assist with web page maintenance and statistical updates;
- Serve as a liaison between media representatives and Olympic
sports student-athletes and coaches.
The Assistant Sports Information Director reports to the Sports
Information Director.
