Head Strength and Conditioning Coach


The primary responsibility of the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is to design, implement and monitor safe and effective strength and conditioning programs for all sports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

  1. Oversee the strength and conditioning programs for all student-athletes.
  2. Work with sports medicine staff to rehab student-athletes following injury.
  3. Supervise full-time and part-time strength and conditioning staff.
  4. Maintain all machines and free weight equipment in the weight room.
  5. Manage the strength and conditioning budget.
  6. Schedule the use of the weight room.
  7. Purchase new equipment and supplies.
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Athletics for Administration.

The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach reports to the Associate Director of Athletics for Administration.
