ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS FOR BUSINESS AND FINANCE

1. Prepare and monitor all athletics budgets.
2. At the direction of the Director of Athletics approve all purchases, invoices, and expense vouchers for athletics accounts.
3. Manage, in consultation with Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities and Olympic Sports and the Summer Conferences Office, the Department of Athletics sports camps and clinics.
4. Review and sign all Department of Athletics contracts (except game contracts).
5. Coordinate with the Director of Student Financial Aid and the Assistant Director of Athletics for Academics and Compliance the administration of the athletics grants-in-aid program.
6. Supervise billing and collecting of all accounts receivable (including advertising).
7. Supervise the management of the equipment room, training room, and weight rooms.
8. Approve, in consultation with the Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs, acceptance of all takeoffs.
9. Review monthly budget reports with coaches and staff.
10. Prepare compensation check requests for game officials.
11. Coordinate arrangements for all intercollegiate athletics sports' travel, meals, and housing.
12. Assist, as requested by the Director of Athletics, in the overall management of the University's athletics program.
13. Supervise the weight training facilities and the head strength coach.
14. Assume other such duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
15. The Associate Director of Athletics for Business and Finance reports to the Director of Athletics.
