This Key Tasks and Procedures checklist is designed to help monitor the various tasks involved in administering the continuing eligibility certification process for returning student-athletes. This checklist designates a person or persons responsible for each task and procedure as well as someone as an oversight person.

| Create job descriptions for and delineate responsibilities/duties of persons involved in the certification process. Identify the certifying officials for eligibility of returning S-As and the person(s) determining academic and general eligibility. |
