Why Religion?
Throughout history, humans have found comfort in believing in something bigger than ourselves. Religious faith teaches us about the human condition and assures us that our very short time on Earth can have meaning and significance.
Students who study religion can’t be categorized. Some choose to study religion to cement their own religious beliefs while others may question the very idea of faith altogether. On either side of the spectrum, religion offers a window through which to study the world.
