2. Request for Amendment of Education Records: students have the right to request amendment of Education Records if they believe the records are inaccurate, misleading or in violation of their privacy rights. Click here for information regarding destruction of records.
3. Disclosure of Education Records: students have the right to consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information in Education Records, except to the extent that the Act or any other superseding law authorizes disclosure without student consent. 4. Compliance: students have the
right to contact the Family Policy Compliance Office with complaint
concerning the University’s compliance with the requirements of
FERPA.
