Exam Review Session Policy

Faculty members are urged to schedule review and help sessions on study days or on exam days around exam blocks (exams are scheduled from 9am to noon, 2-5pm and 7-10pm).

If it is necessary to schedule a review and help session during an exam block, the following requirements apply:

1) A classroom must be available and scheduled through the Registrar's Office (classrooms cannot be confirmed until after November 15 for fall and April 1 for spring).

2) The review or help session must be optional with no new material presented.

3) For those students with a conflict at the scheduled time, similar help must be available at a time mutually convenient for both faculty and student(s).  NOTE: A number of undergraduate courses do have exams scheduled during the evening exam block.
