All faculty and advisors may access student transcripts on-line via [BannerWeb].
The transcripts now available on BannerWeb contain the latest information about
your students and advisees from the Banner2000 academic history database. It is
our hope that this information will assist you in your advising preparation.
Due to the sensitive information now available, it is important that you be
familiar with [FERPA], the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
Before using BannerWeb, please view highlights of this policy.
To view or print a student's transcript:
- Access BannerWeb by clicking here and using your University ID number
and PIN.
- Select the [Faculty & Advisors Menu].
- Select the term to process [Select Term]
- Select the [Student Menu]
- Select the [ID Selection] function to select your student. All students
enrolled in your classes for the specified term will be displayed in a
pull-down box. Advisees will not be displayed in the pull-down box. You may
select a student in the pull-down box or you may enter the ID number of your
advisees directly by selecting the [Enter Student ID Directly] function.
- Select the [View Student Transcript] function.
- Select the transcript level (graduate, undergraduate, or all levels).
- Select the [Display Transcript] button. Please note that for security
reasons, transcripts will display and print without the student's name or ID
number.
