Student Recommendation Letter (pdf)
This is a form letter that a student may submit to a faculty member or an advisor. It will give authorization to write a letter of reference/recommendation that details the academic progress and history, including GPA, Class Ranking, Recognitions, and/or Research Endeavors of a student. You may also go to the Career Development Center's Web site for tips on writing letters of recommendation for students.
