Sexual Discrimination

Homosexuality is not a mainstream lifestyle. Homosexuals form a minority group that is often abused and mistreated by the majority. Keep these questions in mind when reading through your cases:

1. Does government have the right to make laws regarding the sexual activities of its citizens?
2. Should the Court make laws protecting homosexuals?
3. Can an employer refuse to hire a homosexual?
4. Is sexual orientation covered under the 14th Amendment right to equal protection?
