Military Discrimination

Many important distinctions exist between the military and civilan lifestyles. As you read the following cases, ask yourself:

1. Does civilian governemnt have the right to make laws concerning military practices?
2. How much of his/her personal freedom shoudl a person have to surrender in order to become part of the military?
3. Is military unity more important than individual freedoms?
