Gender-Based Discrimination

Clearly there are inherent differences between men and women. The goal of this group is to determine when it is appropriate for different laws to apply to men and women.

1. Can the Court make laws that apply to only one gender?
2. Should men and women be guaranteed the same treatment by their employer (with regard to salary and benefit plans)?
