• First, you must examine the letter and pick out the clues that are relevant to the Cruzes' whereabouts.

• After reading the letter, you are to search the Internet with the clues found in the letter in mind.  You will need to explore web sites about the different countries and keeping the clues from the letter in mind, try to match the clues to the city you think they are in.  Once you explore the web sites, your group will come together, and from the information each of you found, determine the city the Cruz's are in.

• Finally, you are to create a warrant request for the Cruzes' arrest (in Spanish).  Once this is written, you will present it to the DCPD (i.e. the class) and try to convince them that you know the Cruz couple's location.

There is not much time before the conniving couple changes their location, so go out there and get searching! Good Luck!
