Conclusion

You have now completed the WebQuest and studied the famous Virginians that participated in the American Revolutionary War. Virginia's leaders played by far the largest role in founding the new republic. What you have learned and taken from this is very important because you are who you are and where you are because of these significant figures and what took place in the Revolutionary War. Can you think of how our lives would be different if the War had not ended up the way it did? What do you think would have happened if one of these Virginians had not been present during this time period? You should now have a better understanding of the American Revolution and the influence of the lives of George Washington, Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson on society today.
