Conclusion

Students now have a richer appreciation for the adventures of several influential explorers of the Americas.  Critical thinking, creativity, inference making as well as excellent research skills together helped the students to complete this WebQuest.  Instead of just telling students about the discoveries of these important men, they were given the chance to form their own opinions and make their own judgments of various explorations.  Hopefully, this WebQuest will spark your class’ appetite for history and open their eyes to the wonders of technology.  Enjoy!
