Introduction

Your mission, if you chose to accept it, is to help the United States Secret Service locate a "phantom country" referred to in secret messages which have recently been decoded. The secret messages have given you relevant clues about the country's history, geography, and culture/government. Each one of you will be given a different role and its corresponding clues to identify the "phantom country".
