Introduction

Have you ever found yourself in the school store looking for something only to find that the school doesn't even sell it?  Well, now it’s up to you to design a new item to be sold in the store.  Think about: What would it be?  How much would it cost?  Who would buy it?  Is it useful for school?

In order to create your new item, you are going to need to explore the world of economics.  What is economics?  How does it affect me?  When you make a choice to do something, do you think about the pros and cons of the action before doing it?  Do you think about the effects your action(s) will have on yourself or others?
