The Women Involved in Living and Learning (WILL) program is working to establish stronger ties with its graduates. WILL alumnae are an invaluable source of support and information about the development of the program and the effect of WILL on its graduates after graduation. The outside WILL Assessment revealed that alumnae often feel the effects of WILL long beyond graduation in their career choices, commitment to social change, and ability to stand up for their beliefs.

Events
The WILL program organizes and hosts events that bring together WILL alumnae and WILL students. These occasions not only benefit current students, who witness and hold discussions with successful role models, but also alumnae, who often feel energized and motivated by the experience of meeting with and advising young women.
Alumna Luncheon
Each semester, an informal lunch takes place during which a WILL alumna talks with current students about how WILL has influenced her life after graduation. Please contact the assistant director if you are interested in participating in a WILL Alumna Lunch.
WILL Reunion
Plan to attend the
annual WILL Reunion during Homecoming 2008! Details coming soon.
Please contact Melissa Ooten, assistant director of WILL, at (804) 289-8840 or
mooten@richmond.edu for more information and/or to suggest ways in which alumnae can connect with the WILL program.
