Saturday Nights

One in eight men and one in four women will be sexually assaulted. What can you do?

The WC Dean’s Office is helping a student on campus start an anonymous publication filled with stories of sexual assault and domestic violence. The goal of this publication would be to show people how these issues affect daily life and to raise awareness here at UR.

You are invited to talk candidly about experiences, fears, or general thoughts on sexual assault and domestic violence by sending them Saturdaynights@richmond.edu or to Saturday Nights, WC Deanery via campus mail.

If your story or commentary is published your name will not be used. All are invited to share if you have been affected by sexual assault or domestic violence in any capacity.

You can’t keep secrets like that buried inside forever. And you shouldn’t have to. Only by talking about sexual assault and domestic violence will people realize the severity of the issue.
