Arts Community

Application for New Residents

Application for Returning Residents

Applications are due February 21, 2007!

This exclusive co-ed program allows you to live in a dynamic on-campus residential community with other visual and performing arts students studying in art history, dance, music, studio art, and theater who understand that practice, rehearsal, and/or studio time is a necessity for your success. You can make friends with others involved in the arts, take part in special out-of-class activities, and a stronger association with a variety of  students and faculty.  Participants in this program will be encouraged to support performances and showings of other students in the community, developing a larger arts community at UR.

Life in the Arts Community will include an RA specifically for this program and a faculty member serving as the President’s College Associate (PCA).  Both will be working with this program out of an interest in the arts.  Residents can expect programming specific to their classroom experience and a strong connection with the Modlin Center.
