Max is the adviser for the Volunteer Action Council, the Golden Key National Honor Society, WDCE 90.1 FM, the Gottwald Speakers Board, and is co-adviser to the Campus Activities Board. He serves as a resource to organizations that need assistance in programming campus events. Max assists students who want to create or reactivate student organizations. He is also the liaison for the Virginia ABC Board and advises campus groups that are sponsoring events that serve alcohol. In addition, Max supervises all activities in and serves as the Director of the Tyler Haynes Commons.

Alison advises the University's Greek Life system, which includes eight fraternities, eight sororities, the Interfraternity Council, and the Panhellenic Council. She also oversees the coordination of the Recruitment process. In addition, Alison facilitates Candlelight and many other major aspects of Commencement. She selects and supervises the Isocrateans who serve at the Richmond Forum. She is also the Chair for the University's Black History Celebration.

John is the technical liaison for all activities that occur in the Tyler Haynes Commons. He organizes facility set-ups and handles the Commons' audio-visual equipment. John also coordinates the training and scheduling of the student Operations staff. In addition, John programs entertainment for The Cellar, UR's coffeeshop/pub, and is co-adviser to the Campus Activities Board. Some of John's other responsibilities include maintaining the office's web site and events calendar, creating office publications, and maintaining the schedule for vehicle reservations.

Linda is responsible for providing leadership in the area of office management and services in the Tyler Haynes Commons for students, faculty, staff and visitors to the University. Linda coordinates the duPont Fund. She is also a great resource for general office information. In addition, she assists students with administrative concerns and liaisons with other UR departments. She facilitates the office student employment program and serves as editor of the Campus Telephone Directory. Linda also is responsible for updating student organization information.
