Joseph Boehman, Dean


Dr. Joseph Boehman became the Dean of Richmond College on June 1, 2007. Dr. Boehman received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from Ithaca College, his M.A. in College and University Administration from Michigan State University, and his Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University. Dr. Boehman has worked professionally at the State University College at Cortland (NY), East Carolina University, and most recently at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As dean, he is responsible for the overall program of the college which includes administering academic regulations as they impact male Arts and Sciences students at the University, new student orientation, supervising the residence life program, advising the Richmond College Student Government Association Senate and Honor Council, as well as serving on numerous University committees.  Dean Boehman’s office is on the second floor of Whitehurst.
